Submit a Ticket - Booking Requests

Guidelines:

  • All relevant information regarding recurring bookings and baptism should be included in the description field.
  • Bookings are subject to the availability of the requested hall. 
  • If the desired space is unavailable, alternative options will be provided.  
  • Booking requests will only be responded during regular office hours (Sun-Thu 9am-4:30pm).
  • Full charges apply for any booking recorded as a no show.
  • The ticket's comment box should be used for all correspondence, amendments or additions. No follow up should be done via email or whatsapp.
  • Please make the request atleast 72 hours prior to usage of hall.
